Will Conroy

General Counsel-Partner

Will has worked with Osprey Capital since 2010 as both a partner and as General Counsel.  In this role, he has managed the legal process for individual asset investments, fund formations and corporate governance as well as provided strategic guidance to the Investment Committee.

 

In addition to his real estate finance experience, Will has also had active investments in the real estate development, banking, consumer finance, manufacturing and consumer services sectors.  An entrepreneur by nature, his passion lies in drawing on interdisciplinary experiences to craft creative solutions to complex problems.

 

Will is a graduate of both Yale University (B.A.) and University of Pennsylvania (J.D. and Certificate in Business and Public Policy from Wharton).  He proudly serves on several non-profit boards in the Tampa Bay region, where he lives with his wife and three children.
