Mike Culumber
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Culumber joined Osprey Capital in November 2016. In his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Culumber oversees the Company's accounting and financial reporting, investor relations, tax strategies and compliance, budgeting and forecasting.
Mr. Culumber has an extensive background in financial and accounting positions that stretches over 30 years. Most recently, Michael served as the CFO for a specialty finance real estate company, the CFO for a publicly traded bio-technology company and as the international finance director for a global building products manufacturer.
Prior to that, Mr. Culumber spent 19 years in the public accounting field, most notably, 17 years with KPMG, LLP in Tampa, Florida.
Mr. Culumber is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of Florida Southern College where he earned an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
