Jantzen Moore

Managing Director

Jantzen is a Managing Director and responsible for Asset Management at Osprey Capital and its affiliated entities.  He has over 15 years of experience in real estate and investment management, including 12 years in real estate finance.

​

Prior to joining Osprey, Jantzen served as Vice President and Credit Portfolio Manager for commercial lending at TD Bank.  At TD he was responsible for underwriting new business and managing the credit needs of the existing commercial real estate portfolio throughout Florida.  Jantzen also spent time originating, underwriting, and providing portfolio management for TD's Commercial & Industrial clients in Central Florida.  Prior to that he was formally credit trained through a Management Associate program; and developed skill sets in all areas of an institutional bank.

Jantzen has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
