Senior Managing Director-Partner
Ted Starkey is a Senior Managing Director/Partner for Osprey Capital, responsible for Origination and Underwriting new investments, with a primary focus on the Florida markets. Mr. Starkey is also a member of the Executive Leadership at Osprey Capital.
Mr. Starkey has 34 years of Florida commercial real estate lending experience, including the last 23 years as Wells Fargo’s Tampa CRE Office Manager, with responsibilities including relationship management and origination, underwriting and referral of CRE loans, treasury management, and various capital markets solutions.
