Lynette Rumore
Managing Director
Lynette Rumore joined Osprey Capital in 2019 and is currently a Managing Director responsible for underwriting, risk management and origination for the company and its affiliated entities.
Lynette brings over 25 years of real estate, commercial and small business lending experience to Osprey having been involved in over $4B in transactions and provided oversight for collective portfolio’s in excess of $8B. She was previously a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank where she managed the Commercial Real Estate underwriting platform for the bank. Other positions during her tenure included underwriting, risk management, origination and workout.
Ms. Rumore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Urban Planning from Florida State University. She also holds a Florida Sales Associate license.
