Wesley Marchal

Senior Managing Director

Mr. Marchal joined Osprey Capital in 2018 as a Senior Managing Director responsible for transaction origination, underwriting and advisory engagements.

 

Mr. Marchal has over 16 years of experience in real estate investment, operations, asset management
and construction. He was previously head of Investments & Leasing at Ospey s.a., ltd, a private equity real estate firm. His responsibilities included leading the acquisition, divestiture and strategic asset activities for a 4.5 million square foot commercial portfolio throughout the mid-west, southeast and mid-Atlantic United States. Wesley also held positions encompassing real estate finance & construction, recreation & hospitality portfolio operations, court appointed receivership and valuation services.

 

In addition, to his responsibilities at Osprey Capital, Mr. Marchal is the Principal of Proteus USA, an advisory firm focused on corporate finance, operations and real estate consulting services to clients in a diversified mix of industries, including software start-up, industrial recycling, food & beverage and hospitality.

 

Mr. Marchal has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in math, from Southern Methodist University. He earned his Master of Business Administration, with concentration in Finance, from Wayne State University with honors. Mr. Marchal also holds his real estate license in the state of Michigan.
